I just finished the pro truck stage 2 install on my 2003 Lexus gx470. The coilovers are set from eibach to have the factory rake. After seeing it completed I wanted to have it more level so I cranked to coilovers to 3' of lift. On my GX it is about 11 visible threads under the seat or 2.60' measured with calipers from the lower mount lip butting up to the bottom of the spring seat. Adjustment can be done on the vehicle with just removing the tire. Put your Jack handle on the spanner wrench or eat your spinach. The system rides incredible, everything feels more planted and I can't even feel little bumps in the road that jar my truck with 5100's. Can't wait to hit the trail.
GX470 with 323K miles began leaking air in rear air springs again (3rd time). Also have replaced shocks twice and they just don’t last. This kit was easy to install myself and it came out great. Very nice looking lift and balanced right out of the box; rear is slightly higher than front but barely noticeable. No need to adjust the front with the included wrench for my preference. The ride is fantastic - comfortable, smooth, planted, secure. I cruised washboard trail at various speeds and can’t say enough how satisfying in control it feels. After three weeks I like it much better than before. Now I eagerly drive over the raised railroad tracks close by that are almost like a jump; amazingly I barely feel a thing.
