After running my Maverick X3 Max w/Smart Shox for the first year, I would say this is the BEST improvement/mod decision I have made! Going with the Stage 3 Spring upgrade has changed the experience completely and has allowed me to be more aggressive in the trails I ride, as well as being able to improve my ground clearance with the standard adjustment by 4"!! I have accessories on the SXS that total to about 160 lbs, and we have 4 riders at all times. The spring upgrade improved ground clearance, allowed for greater handling, and definitely made the ride less rigid and more comfortable. I was tempted to get the shocks re-valved somewhere, but honestly, I don't even feel I need to do that right now. I normally ride rocky trails and hard pack in Colorado and Utah, and I am just blown away by the improvement!! Thank you Eibach for an incredible product!!
