01 / THE MISSION

LESS MASS.
MORE
INTENTION.

What if the lightest steel spring wasn't a one-off, but the starting point for an entire MTB spring system?

That is the ambition behind Eibach's next generation of performance coil springs: an intelligently designed portfolio combining ultra-high-strength spring wire, advanced manufacturing, precise rate options, and practical shock compatibility.

Every detail is being reconsidered — from wire and geometry to free length and finish — with the goal of setting a new weight benchmark within each spring specification.

*Weight leadership is a development target. Final comparative claims require production specifications and verified comparison data.

02 / THE ENGINEERING

PRECISION
IS BUILT IN.

Not just a lighter spring. A smarter approach to the complete range — designed around the demands of modern mountain bike suspension.

01 ↗

HIGHER
STRENGTH.

Ultra-high-strength wire material forms the foundation for optimizing load capacity, spring geometry, and weight.

MATERIAL SCIENCE
02 ↗

FINER
CONTROL.

Planned 20 lb/in rate increments make it easier to target the suspension setup that suits the rider, bike, and terrain.

WIDER
FITMENT.

Developed for a broad range of common MTB shock platforms, ideally with near-standard spring mounting hardware.

COMPATIBILITY GOAL
04 ↗

SMARTER
RANGE.

Carefully selected free lengths aim to cover overlapping applications without unnecessary complexity.

03 / DESIGNED TO FIT

THE RIGHT
SPRING.
THE RIGHT
SETUP.

Engineered with the whole suspension system in mind.

Fitment is being developed around commonly used MTB rear shocks, with an emphasis on straightforward installation and minimal need for specialized mounting components.

Paired with finely graded rates and a focused range of free lengths, the aim is simple: give riders more ways to find their preferred setup without unnecessary guesswork.

Manufacturer-specific compatibility and complete spring lengths will be confirmed before release.

The show spring is a development sample, not a final production specification. A 500 lb/in × 3.00 in boundary sample is a current weight-development reference; any world-lightest comparison will require verification. The full rate, length, and fitment range is still being finalized.
